Job summary

TPC Wellness is seeking a dedicated SUD Counselor (LCDC II or higher) to join our clinical team in Ironton, OH. The role involves assessments, treatment planning, counseling, and case management support within a collaborative clinical environment.

You will conduct assessments, facilitate individual and group therapies, and develop discharge plans. Excellent communication, organization, and empathy are essential; on-call rotation and transportation duties may apply.

Qualifications

• Requires LCDC II or LCDC III license and active standing.
• Associate or Bachelor degree in health services, social work, counseling, psychology, or related field.
• Pass background screenings and credentialing requirements.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial and ongoing assessments to determine treatment needs and levels of care.
• Provide weekly individual counseling sessions to assigned clients.
• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions as licensure allows.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and case management goals with clients.
• Maintain compliant documentation of client progress and interactions.
