Center for Addiction Treatment in Cincinnati, OH is seeking a Counselor II-III for a full-time outpatient position. The role involves providing individual and group counseling, developing treatment plans, and assessing progress under supervision.

Competenze

Licensed to practice chemical dependency or mental health in Ohio.
Minimum two years paid counseling experience; supervision endorsement preferred.
Experience with electronic charting helpful.

Mansioni

Provide therapeutic treatment services to adults with substance use disorders and/or co-occurring mental illness.
Provide both individual and group counseling as assigned.
Complete all required documentation, assessment, treatment plan, progress notes, and transfer/discharge notes.
Coordinate all aspects of care with the interdisciplinary team.
Maintain at least an overall score of 90% in chart reviews.
Participate on committees and in quality improvement activities.
Maintain credentialing or licensure and pursue ongoing professional development.
