Job summary

A community counseling organization in Perryville and Ste. Genevieve is seeking a Substance Use Disorder (SUD) Counselor. This full-time role involves providing individual and group counseling for clients, facilitating educational groups, and making referrals as needed. The ideal candidate will meet the qualifications set by the Division of Behavioral Health and will have a valid driver's license. Qualifications

• Must meet Division of Behavioral Health's definition of Qualified Addiction Professional (QAP).
• Able to obtain CPR/FA certification.
• Have a valid driver's license and current auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and group counseling for clients enrolled in the SUD program.
• Facilitate counseling and education groups.
• Make appropriate referrals within the Community Counseling Center.
