Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a Human Services field.
• QMHP or QAP credential (or eligible) per Missouri standards.
• Co-Occurring Disorders credentials (CADC/CRADC/CRAADC/CCJP/RADC) per Missouri Credentialing Board.
• Minimum 1 year of QMHP or QAP experience.

Responsabilités

• Assess clients and identify needs; develop individualized treatment plans.
• Facilitate outpatient groups and individual counseling.
• Coordinate discharge planning and referrals to community resources.
• Document progress notes and treatment updates.
• Provide screening/evaluation of substance use and treatment recommendations.
• Teach coping techniques and relapse prevention.
• Provide progress reports to update court on treatment progress.
• Collaborate with other staff to tailor counseling methods.
• Attend required meetings and comply with policies.
