Job summary

Addiction Treatment Services in Traverse City, MI seeks a qualified clinician to provide assessments, case management, and treatment planning for clients with SUD or co-occurring needs. You will coordinate with an interdisciplinary team, maintain records, and support discharge planning.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in social work, counseling or psychology, plus MCBAP certification or eligibility, and CPR/First Aid. Prior experience in substance abuse treatment is valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in social work, counseling or psychology.
• MCBAP Certified or Development Plan with MCBAP eligible.
• MCBAP CADC or development plan eligible.
• Michigan licensure (eligible).
• CPR/First Aid.
• CCAR Recovery Coach Training.

Responsibilities

• Provide assessments, case management and treatment planning.
• Makes referrals to interdisciplinary team for ongoing treatment needs.
• Collaborate on planning and discharge coordination.
• Maintain accurate records and prepare reports.
• Deliver educational activities to clients in group settings.
• Link clients to other treatment programs and providers.
