Job summary

Mid-Michigan Recovery Services in Lansing, MI is seeking a SUD Therapist to join our team as a primary therapist guiding clients through assessments, treatment planning, individual and group sessions, and ongoing supports.

Licensed in Michigan (LLMSW, LMSW, LLPC, LPC) or CADC/CAADC credentialed, with at least one year of substance use treatment experience, preferred. We are committed to compassionate, person-centered care and professional development.

Qualifications

• Licensed in Michigan (LLMSW, LMSW, LLPC, LPC) is required.
• CADC or CAADC credentialed (or ability to obtain with approved development plan).
• Minimum of one year working experience in substance use treatment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary therapist guiding clients through assessments, treatment planning, individual and group sessions, and ongoing supports.
• Provide ongoing clinical supervision and case management as part of a collaborative treatment team.
