Job summary

Summit Pointe seeks a SUD Clinician to provide assessment, treatment planning and therapeutic interventions for individuals with substance use disorders in a full-time outpatient setting in Battle Creek, MI. The role requires coordination with internal teams and community partners to ensure compliant, timely documentation.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in psychology, social work or related field and state licensure or licensure eligibility.
• Strong organizational and communication skills; ability to work independently.
• Experience with electronic medical records and clinical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide assessment, treatment planning and therapeutic interventions for individuals with substance use disorders.
• Coordinate care across internal teams and community partners to ensure timely documentation and compliance.
• Deliver person-centered treatment and facilitate access to needed resources.
