Job summary

Anew Behavioral Health, Ohio LLC in Akron is seeking a SUD Case Manager to provide coordinated, client-centered care for individuals facing substance use challenges. You will assess needs, draft service plans, and collaborate with therapists and families to support recovery.

This role offers flexible scheduling, weekly pay, and benefits eligibility starting on the start date. Requirements include a high school diploma (college degree in Human Services preferred); CPR preferred; must pass

Qualifications

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients, families, and professionals.
Knowledge of behavioral health practices and community resources.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and provide care that is safe, timely, effective, efficient, and client-centered.
Manage case assignments, draft service plans, and review case progress regularly.
Advocate for clients, assisting them in making informed decisions regarding their clinical status and treatment options.
Collaborate with therapists, clients, and families to ensure all client behavioral health needs are met.
Facilitate clients in achieving personal independence and develop daily living skills.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Upholds Documentation and Billing practices associated with CARF, CMS.
