Qualifications
Minimum of 6 months of experience in the substance use disorder field.
Current Driver’s License and Automotive Insurance are required.
CPR certification preferred – may obtain upon hire.
Responsibilities
Assist with patient screening, program enrollment, and scheduling.
Identify client needs and develop a treatment plan.
Provide SUD assessment and case management.
Collaborate with community service providers for client transitions.
Ensure timely documentation in electronic health records.
