Qualifications

- Current Driver’s License and Automotive Insurance are required.
- CPR certification preferred – may obtain upon hire.

- Identify client needs and develop a treatment plan.
- Provide SUD assessment and case management.
- Collaborate with community service providers for client transitions.
- Ensure timely documentation in electronic health records.
