Easterseals MORC is hiring a Behavioral Health Clinician – SUD to support individuals with mental health and substance use needs at our Southfield office. The role emphasizes compassionate assessment, treatment planning, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.

Qualified candidates hold a Master’s in Psychology, Social Work, or Counseling and Michigan licensure (TLLP/LLMSW/LLPC) with QMHP eligibility. This hybrid position offers a range of benefits and professional growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or Counseling from an accredited program.
• Current Michigan licensure as a Temporary Limited Licensed Psychologist, LLMSW, or LLPC.
• QMHP qualification with relevant education and/or experience per Michigan Medicaid rules.

Responsibilities

• Engage individuals with empathy, assess mental health and substance use needs.
• Develop individualized treatment and relapse prevention plans.
• Coordinate care with community providers and family supports.
• Maintain timely documentation and progress notes per agency standards.
