Job summary

Easterseals MORC is seeking a Behavioral Health Clinician for a Home-Based role in Clinton Township, Michigan. The position is full-time with a hybrid work model, serving children and families with behavioral health needs.

Qualifications

• Masters degree requirements in counseling, psychology or social work.
• Licensed credentials such as LLMSW, LMSW, LLPC, LMFT or TLLP are required.
• Driver's license required for field visits.
• Experience of at least 1 year providing behavioral health services to youth.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, group, conjoint or family psychotherapy to children with emotional disturbances.
• Conduct clinical assessments and participate in treatment planning.
• Maintain electronic and paper charts with required documentation.
• Participate in supervision and team meetings to improve outcomes for families.
• Assist in utilization review and ensure service contract compliance.
• Provide crisis intervention on on-call rotation as needed.
• Ensure paperwork complies with Medicaid, DHHS and MORC policies.
• Ensure services are medically necessary and documented.
