Easterseals MORC is seeking a Behavioral Health Clinician – SUD to support individuals in Pontiac, MI. The role focuses on assessment, treatment planning, and coordinated care within a multidisciplinary team.

Qualified candidates hold a Master’s in Psychology, Social Work, or Counseling and Michigan licensure (TLLP/LLMSW/LLPC) with QMHP eligibility. This full‑time position offers comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or Counseling from an accredited college or university.
• Current Michigan licensure as a Temporary Limited Licensed Psychologist (TLLP), Limited Licensed Master of Social Work (LLMSW), or Limited Licensed Professional Counselor (LLPC).
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
• QMHP qualification requires meeting the educational requirements and one of: fieldwork/internships or at least one year of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Engage individuals with empathy during acute need and provide supportive intervention.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify mental health, substance use, behavioral health and co‑occurring needs.
• Provide or coordinate appropriate interventions and crisis management when needed.
• Develop individualized treatment plans with measurable goals and stages.
• Coordinate care with mental health, medical, school, and community providers.
