Job summary

Sagent Behavioral Health in Arden Hills, MN, is hiring a Substance Use Disorder (SUD) Admissions Coordinator. This full-time, on-site role transitions to a hybrid/remote schedule after 90 days, with daytime hours Monday–Friday.

You will route patient and referrer calls, schedule appointments, and manage referrals across Minnesota clinics. We value empathy, clear communication, and careful handling of patient information in our supportive team environment with a competitive hourly compensation

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong verbal communication and critical thinking.
• Empathy and sensitivity in patient situations; multitasking ability.
• Proficient with computers and typing.

Responsibilities

• Promptly respond to calls from patients and referents seeking SUD services by guiding scheduling and processing referrals.
• Manage the EHR inbox and communicate scheduling outcomes to referents.
• Verify and update patient demographic information to ensure accurate records.
• Address patient complaints and escalate as needed.
