Job summary

Sagent Behavioral Health in Minnesota is seeking a Substance Use Disorder (SUD) Admissions Coordinator to answer and route calls, schedule appointments, and manage referrals for Minnesota clinics. Maintain accurate patient records in the EHR, handle inquiries, and support clinic operations with effective communication.

Base pay ranges from $19.15 to $19.50 per hour for a full-time, non-exempt role. Initially onsite for 90 days, then hybrid or remote options; PTO, holidays and disability

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Demonstrated empathy and strong verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, solve problems and maintain composure.

Responsibilities

• Promptly respond to calls from patients and referents, guiding scheduling and referrals.
• Manage the EHR inbox, addressing messages and scheduling outcomes.
• Verify and update patient demographics for accurate records.
• Address complaints and escalate issues to management when needed.
• Attend mandatory trainings and complete duties as assigned.
