Job summary

Info Origin Inc. seeks a qualified SuccessFactors Integration Specialist for an onsite role in Jackson, MS, to support production activities for the SuccessFactors Employee Central system and related integrations.

Responsibilities include managing EC to ECC/HCM-FI integrations and connections to non-SAP systems, using Cloud Platform Integration and Integration Center, with emphasis on data mapping, design and documentation.

Qualifications

• Data migration process, inbound/outbound interfaces and integration experience.
• Experience leading data migration, interface and integration tasks for a recent SuccessFactors implementation project.
• Participation in data migration, interfaces and integration for at least 2 recent SuccessFactors EC implementations and production support.
• Good functional knowledge of SuccessFactors EC and ECC HCM/FI.
• Experience using SuccessFactors Cloud Platform Integration and Integration Center.
• Experience integrating SuccessFactors EC with both SAP ECC and non-SAP systems.
• Experience creating design, data mapping, and specification documents.
• Public sector experience.
• Excellent team player with good communication and organization skills.
• Able to discuss and direct data related tasks with non-technical team members.
• Able to document dependencies and coordinate data loads and extracts.
• Excellent teacher with a desire to mentor staff that will be responsible for ongoing support after implementation.
• ABAP programming experience.

Position Description:

The client is recruiting one full-time SuccessFactors Integration Specialist to assist in the production support of the SuccessFactors Employee Central system.

Good functional knowledge of SuccessFactors EC and ECC HCM/FI.
