Job summary

VIVA USA Inc in Jackson, MS is seeking a full-time SuccessFactors Integration Specialist to support production operations for SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.

You will manage data migration, interfaces, and integrations between SuccessFactors EC, ECC HCM/FI, and non-SAP systems, and mentor staff post-implementation.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of data migration & integration experience across all steps and interfaces.
• Led data migration, interface and integration tasks for a recent SuccessFactors implementation project.
• Participated in data migration, interfaces and integration for multiple SuccessFactors EC deployments.
• Strong functional knowledge of SuccessFactors EC and ECC HCM/FI.

Responsibilities

• Support production operations for SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central integrations.
• Manage data mapping, design docs, and data loads across SF EC, ECC, and non-SAP systems.
• Coordinate dependencies and governance for ongoing post-implementation support.

The client is recruiting one (1) full-time SuccessFactors Integration Specialist to assist the client in the production support of the SuccessFactors Employee Central system.

The Specialist will be responsible for all integration activities between SuccessFactors (EC) and the ECC modules (HCM/FI), as well as non-SAP systems (Legacy Systems/Outside Vendors).

Required Skills/Experience

• Data Migration & Integration Specialist with at least 7 years of experience with all steps in the data migration process, inbound/outbound interfaces and integration.
• Experience leading data migration, interface and integration tasks for a recent SuccessFactors implementation project.
• Participated in data migration, interfaces and integration for at least 2 recent SuccessFactors EC implementations and production support.
• Good functional knowledge of SuccessFactors EC and ECC HCM/FI.
• Experience using SuccessFactors Cloud Platform Integration and Integration Center.
• Experience integrating SuccessFactors EC with both SAP ECC and non-SAP systems.
• Experience creating design, data mapping, and specification documents.

Preferred/Not Required

• Public sector experience.
• Excellent team player with good communication and organization skills.
• Able to discuss and direct data related tasks with non-technical team members.
• Able to document dependencies and coordinate data loads and extracts.
• Excellent teacher with a desire to mentor staff that will be responsible for ongoing support after implementation.
• ABAP programming experience.
