Job summary

Sophos is seeking a Senior SuccessFactors Engineer to design, configure, support and improve SAP SuccessFactors. You will work across HR and IT, owning complex platform changes and delivering scalable solutions to enhance employee experience and efficiency.

The role requires deep expertise in Employee Central and at least one additional module, with the ability to lead technical delivery and collaborate across global teams in a remote-first environment.

Qualifications

• Significant hands-on experience configuring and supporting SAP SuccessFactors in a global organization.
• Deep expertise in Employee Central and at least one additional module (Onboarding, Compensation, Learning, Performance & Goals, Time Tracking).
• Experience with role-based permissions, workflows, business rules, data models, imports, APIs and integrations.

Responsibilities

• Provide second-line support for complex SuccessFactors incidents and requests, ensuring timely resolution.
• Coach HRIS analysts and team members, sharing technical knowledge.
• Support onboarding and development of new team members through documentation and guidance.
• Identify recurring issues, perform root cause analysis and implement fixes for stability.
• Translate requirements into secure, scalable SuccessFactors designs and configurations.
• Maintain documentation, integration specs and procedures.
