ShipBob is seeking an Operations Coordinator to support our largest B2B merchants with white-glove fulfillment. You will manage trackers, shipments, and compliance documentation to keep orders moving smoothly.

Responsibilities include coordinating with operations, brokers, and transportation; creating BOLs, labels, packing slips; and escalating issues promptly to avoid delays.
