Job summary

ShipBob is seeking a Merchant Success professional to own merchant partnerships, understand strategic needs, and drive value. You will report to the Senior Manager of Merchant Success and collaborate across teams to deliver best-in-class experiences.

In this full-time role, you will conduct health checks, quarterly reviews, promote adoption of ShipBob features, and help shape product direction while aiming for high NPS and low churn.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in sales and merchant services in tech.
• Strong communication and quota-driven sales ability.
• Proficient with PowerPoint and Excel; collaborate across departments.

Responsibilities

• Conduct proactive health checks and quarterly business reviews to ensure merchant success and retention.
• Develop action plans and drive adoption of ShipBob features to support merchant growth.
• Collaborate with support teams and influence the product roadmap while hitting KPIs (NPS, churn, upsell).

• Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel, with cross-departmental collaboration experience.
