• Direct all phases of the project lifecycle: planning, scheduling, design, construction, and reporting.
• Review design drawings to ensure compliance with NYS Building Code and NYCT standards.
• Apply expertise in mechanical, electrical, and structural systems to support project delivery and respond to emergencies 24/7.
