Agile Underground Services in Orlando, FL is seeking a Subsurface Utility Engineering Division Manager to lead the division within GroundHawk offerings. You will drive strategy, oversee private locating, CCTV inspection, and vacuum excavation, while aligning operations with company goals.

Responsibilities include building staff, managing budgets, ensuring regulatory compliance, and delivering high‑quality results that fuel growth and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, operations, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3+ years of leadership or management experience in operations or project-based environments.
• Demonstrated experience managing teams and driving performance.
• Proven track record in financial oversight, budgeting, and resource allocation.

Responsibilities

• Set department goals aligned with the company’s mission.
• Lead, motivate, and develop a team to meet objectives.
• Plan, coordinate, and oversee department work and schedules.
• Direct Project Managers and support strategic growth initiatives.
• Lead EOS meetings and processes; implement SOPs for production and QA/QC.
