Qualifications

• Strong technical foundation in utility locating and mapping field results.
• Customer-first mindset with excellent communication skills to educate clients and build partnerships.
• Ability to travel 90% across Colorado and other states; schedule flexibility.

Responsibilities

• Perform subsurface investigations using GPR and EM pipe location; collect results with field software and GPS.
• Deliver on-site solutions, mark-outs, and reports meeting safety standards.
• Engage clients before, during, and after field services to ensure data quality.
• Identify in-market prospects through visits and networking events.
• Collaborate with regional business development and account teams for cross-selling.
• Prepare custom quotes, proposals, and pricing negotiations.
• Act as a subject-matter expert and consult with clients on solutions.
• Coordinate sales activities and project schedules with branch operations.
• Document client interactions, leads, and opportunities in the CRM.
• Represent Penhall at industry events and project kickoffs.
• Promote safety and professionalism in every interaction.
• Other duties as assigned.
