What You'll Be Doing

• Performing subsurface investigations using GPR, EM pipe location, and other advanced technologies
• Capturing and documenting results digitally using GPS-integrated field software
• Delivering on-site solutions, mark-outs, and reports that meet high quality and safety standards
• Engaging clients before, during, and after fieldwork to ensure accurate, complete data capture
• Identifying new business opportunities through office visits, site visits, and networking events
• Partnering with Business Development, Account Managers, and Branch Leadership on cross-selling opportunities
• Preparing custom quotes, detailed proposals, and pricing through a consultative sales approach
• Coordinating schedules with branch operations to ensure smooth, on-time service delivery
• Logging client interactions, leads, and opportunities within the CRM
• Representing the company at industry events, safety meetings, and project kickoffs

What You Bring

• 2+ years of experience in GPR or construction scanning preferred, with verifiable work history and references
• Proven field experience executing underground utility location and mapping investigations
• Prior sales or customer-facing experience in construction or industrial services is a strong plus
• Strong interpersonal and basic sales aptitude, with comfort in customer follow-up
• A safety-first mindset with strong situational awareness
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team, following instructions and adapting to shifting priorities
• Clear verbal and written communication skills, with competence in technical report writing
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CRM experience a plus
• A valid, unrestricted driver's license with a clean driving record
• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certification in GPR or a related field preferred
