Substitute Teacher (On Call As Needed)

Substitute teaching can be a step toward a more permanent career in our great district. If you have a four-year degree, you meet the requirements for a limited short-call substitute teaching license.

We are located between the cities of Kasson and Mantorville. Kasson is the home of a vibrant downtown district and Mantorville is known for its historic presence in SE Minnesota. The communities are fifteen minutes from downtown Rochester, home of the Mayo Clinic and IBM, and approximately one hour south of the Twin Cities.

About Zumbro Education District: ZED is an education district serving six member districts that include Triton, Kasson-Mantorville, Stewartville, Byron, Hayfield, and Blooming Prairie. ZED offers a wide array of sped and non-sped services to our member districts (please refer towww.zumbroed.org for details). The ALC serves at-risk students in grades 6-12 with unique programming. ZED has been in existence for over 30 years and just opened up a new 61,000 sq. ft facility in the fall of 2022.
