Job summary

Wayzata Public Schools in Minnesota seeks Reserve/Substitute Teachers to cover classes when regular teachers are absent. Flexible schedule with no minimum shifts, and compensation starting at $170 per day.

Responsibilities include following lesson plans, maintaining a positive learning environment and supporting student learning across elementary to high school levels; requires MN teaching license or substitute license with a 4-year degree and background check.

Qualifications

• A current MN Teaching License is required.
• Substitute license can be obtained if you have a 4-year degree.
• Candidates must successfully meet pre-employment background screening requirements.

Position Description

Our Reserve Teachers create an encouraging learning environment for our students while their regular teacher is absent, effectively managing and instructing the class from roll call through the end of the school day.
