Lake Chelan School District is seeking substitutes for Student Nutrition. Substitutes are hired on an on-call, as-needed basis, with hours scheduled from 6:30am to 1:15pm, Monday through Friday on school days.

Candidates should have a high school diploma, food service background is a plus, and be able to lift up to 40 pounds. Applicants must have a WA State Food Worker Card and be able to obtain WSP, FBI and Sexual Misconduct clearances.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Food service training and work experience desirable as assistant cook.
• Ability to function as part of a cohesive team and interact positively with students, staff, coworkers and the public.
• Must be able to lift, carry, push or pull items up to 40 pounds.
• WA State Food Worker Card.
• WSP, FBI and Sexual Misconduct clearance.
