Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Completed an LPN program that is state approved, passed the LPN licensing examination and licensed by the state of WV as an LPN
Criminal background check conducted pursuant to WV Code §18-5-15c and/or §18A-3-10, as appropriate
Must have and maintain First Aid/CPR certification
Must provide verification of successful completion of First Aid/CPR program- official card not required
Complete all required county and WVDE trainings
The ability to perform the job duties and responsibilities as contained in the Job Description, with or without reasonable accommodations
