SAU 16's Exeter High School is seeking a Substitute/Instructional Aide Coordinator to monitor teacher call-ins and manage substitutes and aides throughout the day. You will coordinate scheduling at the start and during the day, ensuring smooth coverage and minimal disruption to classes.

The role emphasizes effective communication with teachers and staff, confidentiality of student information, and collaboration with the principal and designee. Travel between schools may be required as needed.

Qualifications

• BS preferred as degree requirement.
• Prior successful teaching experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Monitor substitute and instructional aide call outs and schedules.
• Coordinate scheduling at start of day and throughout the day as needed.
• Train new Instructional Aides and collect feedback from teachers.
