Job summary

Exeter SAU 16 is seeking an Instructional Coach & Student Services Coordinator at Stratham Memorial School. The role aligns academic, social-emotional, and support systems, coaching teachers toward instructional excellence and overseeing student services.

The ideal candidate holds a Master’s in Education and a valid teaching license, with at least five years of classroom experience and strong leadership and collaboration skills.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Education, Special Education, Educational Leadership, or related field preferred.
• Valid teaching license or specialized credential required.
• Minimum of five (5) years of successful classroom teaching experience with demonstrated student growth.

Responsibilities

• Coach teachers through non-evaluative observations, feedback, co-planning and modeling best practices.
• Lead grade-level and content PLCs focused on data-driven instruction and collaboration.
• Design, coordinate and facilitate school-wide professional development aligned with goals.
• Lead Child Study Team meetings and coordinate 504 plan processes and compliance.
• Ensure student support systems (academic interventions, SEL, special education referrals) run smoothly.
• Directly support students with unique needs and monitor behavior plans when needed.
• Serve as Family Liaison and build partnerships with community resources.
• Collaborate with administration to address student needs and participate in committees.
