Job summary

Exeter SAU 16 is seeking an Instructional Coach & Student Services Coordinator to align academic and social-emotional supports across the district. You will bridge classroom instruction with family engagement and supervise student services implementation to ensure every child receives appropriate support.

The role emphasizes coaching teachers to instructional excellence, leading PLCs, coordinating CST and 504 plans, and building collaborative partnerships with staff, families, and community

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Education, Special Education, Educational Leadership, or related field.
• Minimum of five (5) years of successful classroom teaching experience with demonstrated student growth.
• Deep understanding of MTSS/RTI frameworks, 504 regulations, child development, and neurodiverse learning profiles.
• Strong interpersonal, coaching, conflict-resolution, organizational, and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coach teachers through observation, feedback, co-planning, and modeling evidence-based practices.
• Lead grade-level/Content PLCs focused on data-driven instruction and collaboration.
• Design and facilitate school-wide professional development aligned with improvement goals.
• Coordinate CST, 504 plans, and oversee student support systems for equity and effectiveness.
