Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Works well in a team environment.
• At least 1 year of experience working with children under 13 years of age (preferred).
• Ability to lift 25lbs.
• Drive to inspire a love for learning and commitment to healthy living.
• Flexibility to support additional local programs as needed.

Responsibilities

• Organize and Facilitate Daily Activities: Prepare activities and curriculum for the day, ensuring they align with the program's objectives.
• Leading by Example: Maintain a safe and nurturing environment, ensuring children are enjoying themselves while meeting program goals.
• Prioritize Safety and Joy: Monitor the environment, address hazards, and follow safety protocols including attendance and incidents.
• Communication: Engage with children, parents, staff, and school personnel.
• Daily Program Meetings: Review goals and progress and encourage collaboration and accountability.
