Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, business administration or related field plus 3 years' experience as business analyst.
• Equivalency may be substituted with an associate degree plus 5 years BA experience.
• Foreign transcripts require evaluation and translation from a NACES member organization.

Responsibilities

• Administers and supports third-party applications within the assigned area.
• Collaborates with staff to develop project plans and deliverables.
• Analyzes requirements and coordinates with IT and management to ensure system integrity.
• Leads and oversees analysis of business processes for improvements.
• Maintains content for the assigned area webpages and training materials.
• Provides user training and documentation for system processes.

Education

Bachelor's degree in computer science, business administration or related field

Equivalent combination: associate degree with 5 years BA experience
