Responsibilities

• Develop and prepare lesson plans; administer and correct tests.
• Identify, select, and modify instructional resources to meet students' needs.
• Recommend curriculum changes and supplemental materials.
• Motivate and counsel students in behavior, training, personal problems, study habits, etc.
• Coordinate with Independent Living Advisor, Counselors, and staff to resolve issues affecting student training.
• Record and forward daily attendance and maintain student folders.
• Model appropriate behaviors and mentor students to empower lifelong learning.
