Qualifications

• Must be able to obtain and maintain the GCIC Security & Integrity Training Certification.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding actions and changes, process electronic forms and substitute applications, and update the HR ATS and absence management platform.
• Verify certification through GAPSC and coordinate substitute orientations and annual training.
• Maintain absence management data and distribute information to schools and substitutes as needed.
• Serve as liaison for substitutes and departments to assist with onboarding documents in HR Records system.
• Provide Absence Management user information and support for site administrators and employees.
