Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) or related technical field; 8 years experience, or 12 years if no degree.
• Experience in electrical substation construction/maintenance.
• Proven teamwork and interpersonal skills to resolve compliance issues.
• Strong ability to use Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Responsibilities

• Improve safety climate by reducing exposure for self and others.
• Coordinate testing activities with Construction Site Coordinator and engineers.
• Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and FE specifications.
• Prepare and review project test schedules and staffing needs.
• Support contract service burn rates and project forecasts.
• Verify test reports and ensure documentation is uploaded to systems of record.
