Eversource Energy is seeking a Senior Supervisor to lead field operations for SCADA RTUs, data concentrators at substations, telemetering equipment, and HMIs across T&D assets. You will oversee cyber security compliance, safety programs, and a customer-focused service culture.

The role requires strong leadership of a unionized workforce, coordination with Control Centers, and readiness for on-call and storm duty as needed.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, electrical technology, or similar discipline or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of five (5) to ten (10) years' experience is required.
• Experience in transmission and distribution systems is preferred.
• Previous supervisory experience is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Ensures safe and prompt installation, maintenance, and technical support of SCADA hardware and related systems.
• Monitors KPIs, identifies trends, and takes actions within the unit.
• Conducts performance reviews and addresses issues per bargaining unit contract.
• Directs safety and customer-service initiatives within the group.
