Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, electrical technology, or similar discipline or equivalent experience.
• 5–10 years of experience required; transmission and distribution experience preferred.
• Must hold a valid motor vehicle drivers’ license.

Responsibilities

• Oversee safe installation, maintenance, and technical support of SCADA hardware and related systems.
• Monitor KPIs, identify trends, and take action within your jurisdiction.
• Provide performance feedback and conduct comprehensive reviews per bargaining unit contracts.
• Ensure proper application of local union contracts and manage grievances promptly.
• Drive safety initiatives and promote a safety-first culture.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and ensure emergency restoration readiness.
