Zusammenfassung

AES is seeking a Team Leader – Relay/SCADA in Indianapolis to guide a field team performing relay testing, RTU maintenance, wiring, and substation work. You’ll schedule crews, verify job readiness, and ensure safety, quality, and timely communication with field crews and management.

Key duties include promoting safety, onboarding technicians, managing daily and long-term schedules, coordinating with engineering, and reviewing test results and drawings.

• Understanding of Substation Operations and Maintenance practices.
• Demonstrated leadership or coordination experience.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Experience leading field technicians.
• Experience scheduling crews.

• Promote a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Conduct routine check-ins and performance feedback.
• Support onboarding and documentation of skill development of new technicians.
• Create and maintain daily, weekly, and long-term schedules.
• Assign personnel based on skills, workload, and priorities.
• Monitor progress and adjust schedules as needed.
