Qualifications

• 2+ years as a Project Manager or Project Coordinator
• 5+ years in engineering or managing electrical substation projects
• Experience with EPC projects preferred
• Experience with electrical substations, transmission lines, or high-voltage infrastructure

Responsibilities

• Plan and oversee electrical substation projects from initiation to completion
• Develop schedules, budgets, cash flow, and resource plans
• Keep projects on time, within scope and budget and profitable
• Lead kickoff, progress reviews, and closeout activities
• Identify and mitigate project risks throughout the lifecycle
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams
• Monitor costs, resource utilization, and project reporting
• Support proposals and cost estimates with leadership
