Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (preferred).
5 years of experience as a Project Manager or Project Coordinator.
10 years of overall experience in engineering or managing Substation projects.
Strong analytical and technical problem-solving skills; effective written and oral communication.

Responsibilities

Oversee project planning, execution, and closing, ensuring on-time, in-scope, and on-budget delivery with profitability focus.
Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, cash flow forecasts, and resource plans.
Create work breakdown structures and assign resources to tasks.
Conduct kick-off meetings, communicate scope and deadlines, and hold regular team meetings.
Identify and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle.
Monitor progress, issue status reports, and handle project closure.
