Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of work experience managing substation projects.
2+ years of experience managing engineering projects.
Ability to lead projects by collaborating with cross-functional teams.
General project management experience including cost, budget, schedule, and site walks.

Responsibilities

Lead and execute complex engineering projects related to substations, ensuring alignment with client and internal performance indicators.
Maintain schedule and budget performance to improve project profitability.
Foster strong client relationships and satisfaction and perform quality control of technical designs.
Supervise and mentor engineers and collaborate with peers, Senior Technical Leads, and engineers to achieve project goals.
Maintain accurate fee revenue forecasts and ensure engineering practices meet industry standards and regulatory requirements.
