• Minimum of 5 years of work experience managing substation projects.
• 2+ years of experience managing engineering projects.
• Ability to lead projects by collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• General project management experience including cost, budget, schedule, and site walks.

• Lead and execute complex engineering projects related to substations, ensuring alignment with client and internal performance indicators.
• Maintain schedule and budget performance to improve project profitability.
• Foster strong client relationships and satisfaction and perform quality control of technical designs.
• Supervise and mentor engineers and collaborate with peers, Senior Technical Leads, and engineers to achieve project goals.
• Maintain accurate fee revenue forecasts and ensure engineering practices meet industry standards and regulatory requirements.

What You'll Do

As a Substation Project Manager, you will have the opportunity to supervise and mentor other team members, including engineers. Collaboration is at the heart of our work, and you will work closely with peers, Senior Technical Leads, and engineers to achieve project goals. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate fee revenue forecasts and ensuring that our engineering practices align with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and technical innovations.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of work experience managing substation projects.
• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from an accredited university or equivalent
• 2 + years of experience managing engineering projects.
• Ability to lead projects by collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• General project management experience. Ability to manage cost, budget, schedule, and coordinate site walks as necessary.
• MUST live near Baltimore, MD
