ENTRUST Solutions Group is seeking a Substation Project Manager to lead and execute complex engineering projects related to substations, ensuring on-time delivery and budget adherence while improving project profitability.

You will supervise engineers, mentor teammates, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet client expectations and regulatory requirements. Quality control of technical designs and maintaining strong client relationships are key aspects of the role.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of work experience managing substation projects.
• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from an accredited university or equivalent.
• 2+ years of experience managing engineering projects.
• Ability to lead projects by collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• General project management experience. Ability to manage cost, budget, schedule, and coordinate site walks as necessary.
• MUST live near Baltimore, MD

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute complex engineering projects related to substations, ensuring schedule and budget performance.
• Maintain accurate fee revenue forecasts and ensure alignment with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and technical innovations.
• Supervise and mentor engineers and collaborate with peers, Senior Technical Leads, and engineers to achieve project goals.
• Quality control of technical designs and client satisfaction.
