You will supervise and mentor a team of engineers, collaborate with cross-functional peers, and maintain accurate fee revenue forecasts while upholding industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing substation projects.
• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from an accredited university or equivalent.
• 2+ years of experience managing engineering projects.
• Ability to lead projects by collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• General project management experience including cost, budget, and schedule management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute complex substation engineering projects while meeting client and internal performance indicators.
• Supervise and mentor other team members, including engineers.
