M.J. Electric, LLC seeks a Substation Project Manager to lead electrical utility construction projects from pre-planning to construction administration. You will supervise safety, budget, and schedule, coordinating with clients, unions, and field teams to deliver on scope and timeline.

Ideal candidates have 4–7 years in utility construction project management, strong leadership, and the ability to manage resources across multiple sites while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of Project Management, Engineering, Construction Management or related experience in the utility construction industry.
• BS/BA in Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead day-to-day oversight and administration of safety management system.
• Oversee construction activity to ensure alignment with design, budget, and schedule.
• Interface with owner/client and on-site crews to meet safety, quality, and milestones.
• Forecast and report project profitability and manage project budget.
• Coordinate job setup, cost codes, and material/tooling plans.
• Provide weekly updates to senior management.
