Job summary

InfraRec. | B Corp™ is seeking a Substation Project Manager for central Ohio to lead substation construction end to end, owning the schedule, budget, crews and client relationships.

The role requires 5+ years in substation construction, experience with investor-owned utilities or co-ops, and a strong command of scheduling, cost control and contract management. A safety-first leadership approach is essential in both field and boardroom.

Qualifications

• 5+ years managing substation construction projects.
• Experience running utility-scale projects for investor-owned utilities or co-ops.
• Strong command of scheduling, cost control and contract management.
• Safety-first mindset with the presence to lead in field and boardroom.

Responsibilities

• Run substation construction projects end to end: scope, schedule, budget, safety and client relationships.
• Lead superintendents, foremen and union crews to deliver on time and on margin.
• Coordinate engineering, procurement, outages and commissioning with utility clients.
• Manage change orders, forecasting and monthly reporting.
• Spot risk early and fix it before it costs anything.
