Job summary

Leoforce is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead engineering activities for major utility projects in Columbus, Ohio. This role covers early design through construction and closeout, ensuring high-voltage transmission and substation project success.

The ideal candidate brings 6+ years in engineering or management within utilities, with a strong background in civil, structural, or electrical engineering and utility standards.

Qualifications

  • 6+ years of engineering or engineering management experience in utility or high-voltage infrastructure.
  • Engineering degree required; PE license preferred.
  • Strong background in civil, structural, or electrical engineering and utility standards.
  • Proven experience leading engineering teams and managing complex projects.
  • Knowledge of scheduling, contracts, estimating, and project controls.

Responsibilities

  • Lead engineering efforts across all project phases and support field operations as needed.
  • Oversee external engineering firms, set performance expectations, and review deliverables.
