Job summary

InfraRec. | B Corp™ is seeking a Substation Project Manager for central Ohio to lead substation construction end to end, owning the schedule, budget, crews and client relationships.

The role requires 5+ years in substation construction, experience with investor-owned utilities or co-ops, and a strong command of scheduling, cost control and contract management. A safety-first leadership approach is essential in both field and boardroom.

Substation Project Manager | High-Voltage Electrical Contractor | Central Ohio

A substation doesn’t get energised because someone hoped it would. It gets energised because a PM owned the schedule, the budget, the crews and the client, and didn’t blink.

Our client is one of the most established high-voltage contractors in the US, building substations, transmission and distribution for major utilities and industrial customers nationwide. They’re 100% employee-owned. That means no PE exit clock, real job security, and a stake in the business you help build. They’re growing fast, with new offices and an expanding EPC offering, and they need a PM who can take substation projects from award to energisation.

What you’ll do

• Run substation construction projects end to end: scope, schedule, budget, safety and client relationships
