Burns & McDonnell in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a Project Manager for Substation Engineering to lead multiple projects across clients in the North Texas region. You will direct project teams, oversee safety, schedule, budget, and profitability, and contribute to the growth of the T&D business.

The candidate should have a strong background in substations, project financials, risk management, and the ability to coordinate with dispersed teams.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in engineering is required.
• Minimum 7 years of engineering design and engineering project management experience.
• Ability to influence, lead, and manage change with strong PM skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication and ability to present complex information.
• Ability to travel; valid driver's license and vehicle policy compliance.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, budget, and establish project objectives; ensure safety, quality, and profitability of projects.
• Provide management of engineering projects from concept to completion with siting, permitting, and procurement awareness.
• Coordinate with regional/branch teams to deliver client satisfaction and deliverables.
• Identify opportunities, prepare proposals, lead client presentations, and negotiate contracts.
• Support business planning, propose efforts, and mentor project teams as needed.
