Job summary

Enverus Intelligence Research Inc. is seeking a Project Delivery Manager with Substation experience to lead and mentor a team of PMs, delivering complex software implementation projects for utility and telecom sectors.

You will manage cross-functional teams, coordinate with clients, and drive delivery excellence in a fast-paced environment. A Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of PM experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional services project management experience.
• Consulting or professional services experience preferred.
• Experience in utilities or energy sectors is a plus.
• Experience leading and mentoring a team of project managers is a plus.
• Proven ability to guide technical and functional teams to deliver projects successfully.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and delivery of Substation Implementation solutions across multiple technologies.
• Manage all aspects of project delivery through the lifecycle, including estimation, architecture, requirements, testing, risk management and delivery success.
• Act as the central point of contact between business and technical teams to drive execution.
• Monitor schedules, costs, and team performance to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Build strong client relationships and manage expectations, scope, and priorities.
